Quite correct. It is important to check your own privacy settings from time to time.

For example - when you use the Blog feature here you can, on each note you post, assign a privacy setting just as choose at the moment (friends, friends of friends, everyone).

Your actual e-mail address is not visible to ANYONE but system administrators like myself unless you include it in a message in a public discussion. And your ability to e-mail anyone inside the network is so private it does not even use your e-mail address.

So I agree. Folks change your settings.
Unless you like spam a lot.
For Folks concerned about privacy issues sign out of the network, then surf around in the network as a "stranger" with evil intent, one who wants to look at things like several members profiles, group discussions, photographs, and videos --- and blogs too. Check it out. It is very enlightening and easy to do. It will reassure you - or not,

What it did for me is make me realize that security is really in my hands, just as walking home safely at night in a big city or in the dark countryside is in my hands. Doesn't mean bad stuff will not happen, but it lessens the odds considerably.
I like you......

Admin enlightened me to the fact. That they do not have direct access to our emails thorugh the site RIGHT of the bat. I made an assumption. Its much like how craigslist liasons for you when your asking questions about stuff you wanna buy.
Sung to the tune of "Me and Mrs Jones"
Me and Mrs Jones, Mrs Jones Mrs Jones ... we have a thing going on ...

Well you know the rest.

If you do a google search on her EMAIL addy you will see that she has placed this message on many sites. It looks like she is just not that faithful! And I thought that she only sent this message to me.

All true and good stuff, IMJ. I experienced your site as delightfully refreshing for not using "Google Analytics" like most every MKP site in the U.S. The deal with the devil here is to allow Google to slurp-up men's most private and highly sensitive data traveling through your server(s) in exchange for some monthly, nifty web traffic pie charts in return. Its a highly dangerous, irresponsible chump deal having the latent, but very real potential to harm men, given the nature of the content.
