There is significant benefit for men in a particular I-Group to experience this as a group ... this training led by Vince Chafin and Phil Lyall can re-energize an I-Group by giving the members skills from shared tools/experience that they put into practice during future I-Groups ... including facilitating, being facilitated and observing.
I-Group Facilitation is the art of directing a process in which a man discovers a deeper truth about himself, others, and the world. In the IGFT we explore how to pace facilitation, ask good questions, and practice skills for developing powerful intuition. Over the two days you will have an opportunity to practice your facilitation skills in eight processes, being the facilitator, being facilitated and being an observer.
One key area of intent is to provide standardized processes that are safe to run. They have a start and an end. The risks for men being hurt is minimized. And there is a lot of room to grow and get creative. Men are provided a cool little notebook to take back to their I-Group.
The early bird price of $175 is valid until January 15th for the first 10men. The regular price is $200. Space is limited to the first 19 men so, sign up early to reserve your place at the early bird price. Lunch and snacks are included.
