I-Group Facilitation is the art of directing a process in which a man discovers a deeper truth about himself, others, and the world. In the IGFT we explore how to pace facilitation, ask good questions, and practice skills for developing powerful intuition. Over the two days you will have an opportunity to practice your facilitation skills in eight processes, being the facilitator, being facilitated and being an observer.
One key area of intent is to provide standardized processes that are safe to run. They have a start and an end. The risks for men being hurt is minimized. And there is a lot of room to grow and get creative. Men are provided a cool little notebook to take back to their I-Group.
There is significant benefit for men in a particular I-Group to experience this as a group. This training, led by Phil Lyall, Jim Stephens and Woody Forrieter, can re-energize an I-Group, giving the members a shared set of tools, skills and experience that they can immediately put into practice at the next I-Group meeting.
