Facilitation is the art of directing a process in which a person discovers a deeper truth about themselves, others, and the world.
In the GIFT, we explore how to pace facilitation, ask good questions, and practice skills for developing powerful intuition. Over the two days you will have an opportunity to practice your facilitation skills in eight processes, being the facilitator, being facilitated and being an observer.
One key area of intent is to provide standardized processes that are safe to run. They have a start and an end. The risks for people being hurt are minimized. And there is a lot of room to grow and get creative.
This training, led by Phil Lyall, Jim Stephens and Woody Forrieter, can re-energize a group, giving the members a shared set of tools, skills and experience that they can immediately put into practice at the next meeting.
